There are no hidden extras, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A Continental breakfast is offered upon request.

Fully furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with two singles. Large living area with outstanding views, a gas log burner, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi Internet access. An extra bed is available in the form of a sofa bed in the lounge. Large fitted kitchen and breakfast area with dining table. The kitchen contains all modern conveniences including, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, drying up cloths etc. Bathroom with shower. Centrally heated and double glazed, wood flooring throughout.

Outside.

Veranda providing the perfect place for fantastic alfresco dining, barbecue, bench table and chairs. Terrace to enjoy a leisurely morning breakfast or a glass of wine and an evening chat, enclosed landscaped garden with spectacular views of the local countryside and a relaxing outdoor hot tub.

Enclosed children's play area. Use of outdoor heated swimming pool. Separate games room, with table football, Wii and Arcade Machine. Separate laundry room with washing machine.
